We are thrilled to announce that Cherry Optical Lab is taking a big step toward providing an unparalleled Customer Care Team experience. Effective January 2nd, Cherry Optical Lab’s Customer Service hours will be extended until 7:30 PM CST.
Our goal is to ensure that we are available for our customers in different time zones. In addition to better covering Mountain, Pacific, and Alaska time zones, the extended hours provide the best possible support to our Eastern and Central Time Zone customers, with live support available until 8:30 PM EST and 7:30 PM CST, respectively. During these hours, we will provide support through Phone, Slack, SpecCheck, and email.
Furthermore, we have already extended our hours of order processing operations. Extended hours ensure that all orders received in a day are processed and entered into production accordingly. We are pleased to inform you that our data entry operations start on Sundays to make sure that all orders received late on Fridays and Saturdays are released into production first thing Monday morning.
We take Customer Care very seriously at COL. These recent changes will allow us to elevate our level of care and support further. In an industry that feels like it is constantly consulting and cutting, we’re proud to be investing and expanding.
