Cherry Optical Lab is excited to share a new efficient way to Order Supplies through COL - now available on our website! We are always trying to find more efficient and effective ways to work with you, our Valued Customers. We believe this quick and easy-to-access form will allow you to quickly place Supply Orders with our Lab. We encourage you to utilize this new form and share feedback. Follow the Step-by-Step Guide below for full instructions and photos to help guide you.

A New Option for Supply Ordering is Available!

1. Head to www.cherryopticallab.com, scroll to the bottom of the page, hover over “Supportive Customers,” and select "Supply Order Request"
2. Complete the Supply Order Request Form.
3. Once you submit the form, it will notify Cherry Optical Lab's Logistics Team, who will get started on processing your order as soon as possible!
